Dear All, Can anyone help me in how to compare a cross-over study with two periods only? There is no sequence and formulation. Thanks in advance. Edit: Category changed. [Helmut] — Thanks & Regards Nees |

Dear Nees! ❝ Can anyone help me in how to compare a cross-over study with two periods ❝ only? That's the standard design. ❝ There is no sequence and formulation. What? Do you want to run a replicate design of one formulation? See this thread. What is your rationale of such a study? If you want to show that the formulation is highly variable (in order to claim widended limits), such an approach is not acceptable to authorities. HVD has to be demonstrated in the same study (test & at least reference replicated). — Dif-tor heh smusma 🖖🏼 Довге життя Україна! ![]() Helmut Schütz ![]() The quality of responses received is directly proportional to the quality of the question asked. 🚮 Science Quotes |
