You can search this Forum about this information. There have been a lots of discussion before. Or even this textbook (Design and Analysis of Bioavailability and Bioequivalence Studies, 3rd ed. (Chapman & Hall/Crc Biostatistics Series) by Shein-Chung Chow, Jen-pei Liu) for advanced readers. Hope this can help.
