Hi, I think you're asking a very tough but basic question in this Forum. If you like, you can try to use run bear for R and running some built-in demos in there. It should have answered your question already. But I am afraid not just like that. I will suggest that you should read at least a textbook about pharmacokinetics. You can search this Forum about this information. There have been a lots of discussion before. Or even this textbook (Design and Analysis of Bioavailability and Bioequivalence Studies, 3rd ed. (Chapman & Hall/Crc Biostatistics Series) by Shein-Chung Chow, Jen-pei Liu) for advanced readers. Hope this can help.
