 Replicated Bioequivalence Study [General Statistics]

Dear HS and all,

For Balanced data:
1. I have done manual calculation for two period crossover study and even matched my answer to the output given by WinNonlin and SAS software. But in case of replicated study I failed to do so.
2. After extensive reading I realized that variance should be calculated using REML = restricted maximum likelihood.
Kindly guide me for manual calculation for a replicated study.

Regards,

Atish
