 Confidence interval for RR' in replicate design [General Sta­tis­tics]

Dear all,

can anybody guide me in calculating a confidence interval for comparing the two measurements for the reference we have in replicate designs, f.i. in the two-sequence-four-period design RTRT/TRTR ?
