 Randomization - sequence [General Statistics]

Dear all

As per my knowledge, there is no sequence involved in parallel BE study randomization, however if you add variables like different site and side of application of investigational product (with balance) in randomization procedure will it be consider as sequence here?

Kindly provide your opinion.

Thanks
