Superiority and inferiority test [General Statistics]

Dear all,

Greetings!

A particular vaccine was given to 4 Rabbits,

The following parameters were calculated and the data was obtained:
"Rabbit IgG Immune Responses (GMT)(With Preservative) Initial ('0' day)
sample at 5 ± 3°CPCV "
"Rabbit IgG Immune Responses (GMT)(With Preservative)
sample at 5 ± 3°CPCV "(With Preservative)Stability at 5 ± 3°C, 24th Day"

for 10 different serotypes respectively

I was able to calculate "significance/non-significance difference" with the help of p-value for all the 10 different Serotypes.
Now my senior wants me to find the "superiority/inferiority" in the data, in case a particular serotype has significant difference between 0 day and 24th Day data.

Following is the data given for a serotype in which the Significant difference was there:

Serotype Rabbit no. "Week 4 Post-immune sera titre"(0 Day)

Pn-5 R-1......... 80584
R-2......... 103663
R-3......... 55232
R-4......... 19810

vs

Serotype Rabbit no. "Week 4 Post-immune sera titre"(24 Day)

Pn-5 Rabbit-1 ...... 9058
Rabbit-2...... 9058
Rabbit-3...... 10941
Rabbit-4...... 23928

All I could say he basis of the mean that 0 Day results are grater than 24 Day result.

Which statistical test I can apply here

Thanks & Regards
Anu
