Hi everyone, Question... If a clinic set ups the dosing schedule to dose a set of 4 subjects at a time, would there be an impact in the ANOVA model (i.e., group effect)? Example, n=20 subjects with 4 subjects being dosed at the same time, dosing time between group is 2 min. Time SubjectThanks John |

Hi John, ❝ Question... I would say no to a group effect in the ANOVA in that example. It appears rather theoretical. In practice I think it often runs like that or some variation of it. In addition, for this type of group effect the issue is between-subjects rather than within so there should be no impact on the BE evaluation in xovers. — Pass or fail! ElMaestro |
