 For concomitant medication [Study Per­for­mance]

Hello to every body.

I am doing a canadian BE submission study.
Suppose one subject withdraw in period 1 on medical ground. He was administered concomitant medication, but after that he was discontinue from the study so no sample was taken.
So it is necessary to send concomitant medication details to analytical for sample analysis.
