Dear Dixit, ❝ when are arterial blood samples collected in bioavailability and ❝ bioequivalence studies. In BE studies: never ! Arterial samples are much, much, much more difficult, dangerous and painful to obtain. Let alone multiple samplings... It would require a very specific and special situation to have to collect arterial samples in a BE study. And I don't think you would do that for a BA study either, at least in humans.
