 Calibration Range [Study Per­for­mance]

Dear All,

We have freezer's with temperature range of -85 degree centigrade to -55 degree centigrade. Is it mandatory to do calibration for maximum and minimum temperatures?

its not mandatory. u can calibrate one particular temperature weather -70 or -50 degree as per your storage condition mentioned in your SOP or protocol.
