Heart rate in ECG [Study Performance]

Hi

I want to know the normal range which are acceptable and considered as clinically non significant.

I screened 1 subject which have pulse 90 per min. He is normal, healthy. He has no any finding. In ECG heart rate is 120 per min. So what can I do ?

Should I consider as clinically non significant ?

Give me some reference for that ?
