What about :google:?

Since already the GUI ‘PLT Tools’ comes with academic licenses of $ 2,000 (first year) and $ 1,200 (subsequent years) I would expect a similar policy for NONMEM itself.
Simply ask them (IDSSoftware[image]iconplc.com, T +001 410-696-3100).
