 Partial replicate design (WinNonlin) [Software]

Dear All,

We are doing partial replicate study 3 period, 3 sequence, 2 treatment (reference repeated) for highly variable drug, can anybody share with me how to do partial replicate analysis in WinNonlin ver. 5.3., as we are interested to find intrasubject variability of reference product.

kindly provide suggestions.

Thanks in advance,

Ram

 Partial replicate design (Phoenix/WinNonlin)

Dear Ram!

Consider asking at Pharsight's Extranet.

You find one example for a RTR-TRT-replicate in my lectures; the coding within WinNonlin (or Phoenix) for any replicate design is the same. SigmaWR is given in the standard output; you have to calculate CVWR = sqrt(esigma²WR-1) 'manually'. In WinNonlin you may write the formula directly in a cell, in Phoenix apply a ‘Custom Transformation’.
