Hi, I have a doubt on using the Group Effect in WinNonlin. Suppose a 2x2 crossover study is conducted in 2 batches then what is the impact of group effect on it...should it be taken in account while doing the analysis... If "Yes" then what should we write in Group Effect Section while calculating BE....Kindly advice... Edit: Category changed. See also the policy. [Helmut] |

Dear HS, ❝ see this post. Thanks for your suggestion regarding how to calculate the group effect. But after doing this group effect, for any PK parameter (or for all PK parameter) if significant group effect occurs (P value <0.05) then what are the possible reasons of this group effect?? and if for all PK parameter 90% CI is within the limit, then Significant group effect will affect for getting approval from Regulatory authority ? Kindly give your opinion for this... Thanks in advance, Ram |
