 Data file Importance in Analyst Software. [Software]

Dear All,

This is a query regarding generation of datafile for the samples in Analyst software.
1. What is the importance of data file in compliance to regulatory.

2. Can I give the same datafile to samples in a batch containing approx.150 samples. Is this in compliance or not.

If given the same data file for the samples in the batch, if one data file is corrupted what about the implications of other samples which are created with the same data file.
