Can anybody provide me the Excel sheet link (if available) for calculation of Pharmacokinetic parameters.

Dear MDR,

I don't know if this (SummitPK - PK Solution) fits your need, if you insist using excel sheet... And there are many others (but non-Excel Sheets) from Dr. Bourne's website. good luck.

PKSolver is one of Excel's add-on programs I've developed. All of the NCA calculations were validated by comparing with WinNonlin.

Hope you enjoy PKSolver.

Currently, PKSolver is free to all, you can get it at Boomer's website.
