Dear All,

I wish to know how WinNonlin can find out the amount of a drug required to built up a particular concentration of drug in plasma and the decreasing rate of infusion or any changing rate of infusion for maintaining the particular drug conc. in plasma.
For example if i know the value of following constants for a 3 compartmental model drug (V1, K10, K12, K21, K13, K31).
