 PK Calculation in WinNonlin [Software]

Dear All,

I performed PK calculations using NCA for two groups. Group 1 is a control group with zero dose of drug and for group 2 dose is X mg/Kg.
Now my question is that for control group as conc. Values at all time points are zero winNonlin is reporting Cmax as zero but Tmax as missing. What should be the Tmax in this case if profile for control group looks like this

     Time  Conc.
 ------------------
      0     0
      1     0
      2     0
      4     0
      6     0
      8     0
      12    0
      24    0

As far as my knowledge is concerned Tmax is Time of Maximum observed concentration and if Cmax occurs at two time points than Tmax is first time point at which Cmax occurs. I hope this applies if Cmax occurs at more than two time points also.

Waiting for your invaluable replies.

Thanks & Regards

Dear Ravi,

True. So if there is no observed concentration, you just don't have a Tmax.
