 SAS Code for reference scale bioequivalence for HVDs [Software]

Dear all,

For HVDs using reference scale approach, bioequivalence criteria is 95% upper bound for (uT - uR)^2 / (sig_wr)^2 - theta <= 0.

Can anyone provide the sas code for ln-transformed data using the above criteria.
