 SAS for PK analysis [Software]

Dear colleagues,

Does anyone know if NCA can be done with SAS for PK parameters calculation? With a special module? Is there a SAS manual? I think that for ANOVA analysis for IC90% is possible, but NCA?

Dear Brus,

as noticed Helmut here, it is possible if you don't have another alternatives (say someone 'clever' stated it in the Protocol :-D) or you have some free time and some stamina or you have some SAS programmer nearby.

Yes it's possible. I know a CRO that used to have a SAS code for NCA including kel determination. Many lines of codes though.
