 95% Upper bound Criteria in Excel [Software]

Hii Forum Members,

I want to calculate the FDA 95% upper bound criteria in Excel for my clarification as i dont have WinNonlin or SAS software with me, and i tried many times for the same but i am not able to get it.

Does any one have the excel sheet where i can do statistical analysis as per FDA 95% upper bound.
