Hi, When I try to calculate the intra-CV of three-treatment, three-period, three-sequence study in SAS, there is only one residual in the output. So, how could I find out the intra-CV between T1-R and T2-R respectively? Could I put only T1 and R or T2 and R in the model to get intra-CV respectively to compare which treatment is better? Thanks in advance. ![]() |

Hi libaiyi, ❝ When I try to calculate the intra-CV of three-treatment, three-period, three-sequence study in SAS, there is only one residual in the output. Correct – if you use the conventional model, you get only one (pooled) variance. ❝ So, how could I find out the intra-CV between T1-R and T2-R respectively? Could I put only T1 and R or T2 and R in the model to get intra-CV respectively to compare which treatment is better? See this post. You are on the right track. ![]() Perform two analyses, where in the first you exclude T2 and in the second T1. — Dif-tor heh smusma 🖖🏼 Довге життя Україна! ![]() Helmut Schütz ![]() The quality of responses received is directly proportional to the quality of the question asked. 🚮 Science Quotes |
