Dear all,
After a long search, i reached the core, i did the required statistical analysis of 2x2x2 cross over BE study using SPSS Statistics software running on macos 10.11.6.
I used the following Syntax in SPSS:

MIXED lnCmax BY formulation prd seq subj
  /CRITERIA=CIN(95) MXITER(100) MXSTEP(10) SCORING(1) SINGULAR(0.000000000001) HCONVERGE(0,
    ABSOLUTE) LCONVERGE(0, ABSOLUTE) PCONVERGE(0.000001, ABSOLUTE)

  /METHOD=REML
  /PRINT=R SOLUTION TESTCOV
  /EMMEANS=TABLES(OVERALL)
  /EMMEANS=TABLES(formulation) COMPARE ADJ(BONFERRONI)
  /EMMEANS=TABLES(prd) COMPARE ADJ(BONFERRONI)
  /EMMEANS=TABLES(seq) COMPARE ADJ(BONFERRONI).

And i used the following Syntax for Kruskal-Wallis test on tmax:

NPAR TESTS
  /K-W=Tmax BY formulation(1 2)
  /STATISTICS DESCRIPTIVES
  /MISSING ANALYSIS.

Can anyone advise me if anything missing?
