Population Bioequivalence Calculations – Excel or JMP [Software]

Hi,

I'm looking for an Excel or JMP implementation of the population bioequivalence calculations per the product-specific FDA draft guidance

Would very much appreciate if you can share a source for this or refer me to someone who could program it.

Thanks!
Jay

Jay,
If you are looking to contract the writing of this code then – why not just ask a CRO/other statistical consultant to do the analysis project itself for you? I imagine that would probably be quicker/cheaper than getting some custom code written that you'll then have to understand/validate/maintain.

That said I'm sure we could quote for the work as a custom Phoenix workflow (*.WNLT) as I think much of the code is there already in Phoenix WinNonlin's BE tool.

Population Bioequivalence Calculations – Excel or JMP

Hi PharmDev,

There are a lot of freelances who program on VBA for Excel.
So, if you can give them an algorithm they will make a script quite quickly.
