 Group Model in Phoenix WinNonlin 6.4 [Software]

Hello Everyone,

Wish you all a very Happy New Year !!!

I have a full replicate study design data for EMA and FDA. The study is conducted in two groups. The ANOVA model specified is:
Group+seq+period(Group)+Treat+treat*group.

I need to perform this activity in Phoenix software. Please guide.

Thank you !!

Hi arl_stat,

No subjects in the model? Fascinating. Note that the general setups for the EMA and the FDA are different (irrespective whether you will apply ABE or reference-scaling).
Please search the forum for the keywords group effect.

Thank you Sir.
As per FDA for Anova the term "subject" has been in
REPEATED/GRP=TReaT SUB=SUBject.

Should I keep :REPEATED/GRP=TReaT SUB=SUBject(seq*group)
and for EMA, it is test h=sequence e=subject(sequence*group);
