 PK calculations

Dear SMK,
I noticed you were asking about Kinetica and WinNonlin and how to use them - I have used both these s/w and each have their advantages, however with such a general question I think starting with a training course and/or a text book would be a good start.

I am now a trainer at Pharsight and would like to confirm the current version of WinNonlin is in fact 5.2.1 although you will see a new release, Version 6 - WinNonlin Phoenix in early 2009 that I think will be quite exciting. We have courses all around the world, and are listed at http://www.pharsight.com/training.

Some 'local' meetings for the EMEA are;
WinNonlin v5.2 Hands-on training: 2-3 Dec 2008 London, UK,
WinNonlin at BIOAVAILABILITY, BIOEQUIVALENCE, PHARMACOKINETICS & BEYOND
1-3 Dec 2008 Ahmedabad, India
WinNonlin v5.2 Hands-on training: 9-10 Dec 2008 Hyderabad
WinNonlin v5.2 Hands-on: 24-25 Feb 2009 Berlin, Germany

For Kinetica training you now have to contact ThermoFisher, I'm not sure of the best contact there anymore.

Best regards,
Simon.
