(Simulation)” are you looking to simply perform NonParametric Superposition and then perform an NCA assuming on the results? If so what are you expecting to find/demonstrate? Or are you seeking tips on how to turn a previously fitted model into a simulation? We were referring to a specific one in a recently submitted manuscript and the new post looks awful – it seems that line feeds were deleted. If so what are you expecting to find/demonstrate? NPS assumes linear and time-invariant PK. AUCτ (steady state) should be exactly AUC∞ (single dose).
