Inter & intra CV in Kinetica [Software]

Hi
Inter and intra cv can be read directly in Winnonlin. However in Kinetica they do not show up. Does any one who is using Kinetica clarify this.
Thanks
Nasir

Hello Nasir
you are right. Intra and intersubject CV are not directly calculated in Kinetica. You can use from ANOVA analysis MSResidual and MSSubject(Seq) to calculate these parameters.

Inter & intra CV in Kinetica

Hi Ioana,

Thanks again for helping.

I tried Intra CV using MSResidual and it worked out fine as Winnonlin, but could not get inter CV as Winnonlin using MSSubject(Seq).
Winnonlin is using Var(SEQ*SUB) and I am not sure if it is the same as MSSubject(Seq)??
