 SAS: Emax and ED50 [Software]

Dear All

how to calculate Emax and ED50 (Fitting based on the assumption of nonlinear mixed effect model (population model) or Fitting based on nonlinear least square regression pooling individual observation (naive pooled data method) in SAS.

Karthik, since I believe you already have Phoenix – is there are reason you wouldn't use the built in model there?

We are having Phoenix Winnonlin 6.3 software.

its possible to calculate Emax and Ed50 by above mentioned models in Winnonlin 6.3 software.

thanks and regards

 SAS: Emax and ED50

see post http://pharsight.com/extranet/index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=55&func=view&catid=39&id=1753#1755 for follow up. I've asked Karthik to post his project.

Naive pool is possible with either WNL classic PD models (101 to 108) will give you Emax and EC50, the equivalent models can also be built in Phoenix engine.
