Phoenix: Partial Areas Calculation for PD markers [Software]

HI all,

Does the dose involved in the partial areas calculation (AUCp) while performing the PK analysis of PD markers in Phoenix 6.2, at dosing regimen place, as if we mention dose/or not. As we know the AUC is not a dose dependent variable, but still we got different values when performed with mentioned dose at dosing regimen place in phoenix and with not mentioned dose at dosing regimen in phoenix.
Regards
Raju

I must admit I don't understand what you are asking and what your background the question could be. Is there any chance you could re-write your post?

Rajucheerla,

If you've still not solved your problem, it would be much clearer to me if you attach a project illustrating the problem.

Simon.
