Convolution by using polyexponential Input Function [Dissolution / BCS / IVIVC]

Hello Everyone,

I am a little bit familier with with Numerical convolution using point-piont and point-area convolution method.
Now I am trying to get Plasma oral concentration from Input function (fraction Absorption data) and IV data.
i want to do it by using input function as in Polyexponential form and UIR also as polyexponential form.
Also Same thing by using input function as in Piecewise Polynomial (Spline) form and UIR also as polyexponential form.

It will be helpful if you can provide me some guidance with example method or can direct me to some useful Literature.

Thank you very much for your help!

Hi vjkumar,

Are you using a software like Winnonlin IVIVC or others? Check out a few articles written by Frieder Langenbucher on IVIVC. The articles are quite helpful.
