 Chewable and soft gelatine capsule [Dissolution / BCS / IVIVC]

Dearest,

As per Guideline, we perform High strength BE study and other strength in vitro dissolution study.

Normal Tablet Dosage form, we measure release rate of active ingredient.

But in Soft gelatin capsule which perament, we will measure.

In Chewable Tablet, we can use USP-1 or USP-2 apparatus for dissolution.
