Dear All My question is regarding BCS classification. When we are looking for drug belongs to any class which parameter need to consider, Is it C LogP or Log P? For Eg: For Anastrazole as per Log P it belongs to Class I, where as as per C Log P it is Class III Kindly let me know difference between C Log P and Log P Thanks & regards Chakravarthi |
