Deconvolution [Dissolution / BCS / IVIVC]

Dear All,

I would like to know why in a deconvolution procedure (Wagner Nelson or Loo Riegelman) the 100% of fraction absorbed is not achieved in Tmax? For example, plasma concentration versus time figure with Tmax = 3h and fraction absorbed versus time figure with 100% absorved in 8h (only 60 - 70% in 3h (Tmax).

Thank you in advance.

 Deconvolution

Dear Dr de Campos,

I am not a specialist in this field. But could the answer have a link with this discussion ? (See in particular my message and Helmut's response to it).

Dear Ohlbe,

Merci beaucoup! Your message and Helmut's response were perfect for the question about Tmax and t1/2! The discussion and examples answered my question.
