 PPI products [Dissolution / BCS / IVIVC]

Hi all

Could anyone share experience dealing with PPI drug products in vitro study and product development? They are of highly variable dissolution products.

We are using Boostrap method to evaluate the similarity. The very first time we have been dealing with those kinds of products. Quite low level of confidence.
