Rosuvastatin BE study [Dissolution / BCS / IVIVC]

Results of comparative dissolution were at pH = 29 (failed), at pH 4.5 = 58 and at pH 6.8 = 57 so advice me if I can start clinical part of BE study based on above results of comparative dissolution and appropriate design of study to decrease difference.
very thanks

these facts would somehow arrange themselves
in a compelling and true solution.    Theodosius Dobzhansky
