 Level A correlation [Dissolution / BCS / IVIVC]

Dear all

i want to know that if i have generated an IVIVC for an innovator and test formulation1 and got r2 value and regression equation. then if I have to formulate an other test formulation2, can I predict the PK parameters for 2nd formulation depending upon r2 obtained from test formulation1 OR Innovator and disolution profile of test formulation2?
