Dear all, imagine a 4-sequence, 4-period, 4 treatment crossover study as described in the Canadian guideline „Guidance to establish equivalence or relative potency of safety and efficacy of a second entry short-acting beta 2- agonist metered dose inhaler“. According Richard C. Ahrens et. al. for example “Asthma Stability after Oral prednisone” sample size depends on the ratio of slope and variability.
