 🇷 package PowerTOST

Hi gsrao2022,

❝ Can anyone suggest me software for calculating sample size for replicate bioequivalence studies. I need simple software like FARTSSIE

FARTSSIE is perfectly fine for sample size estimation of replicate design studies – but only for Average Bioequivalence ‘ABE’.

If you want to deal with reference-scaling (Reference-Scaled Average Bioequivalence ‘RSABE’ for HVD(P)s and NTIDs for the FDA and China or Average Bioequivalence with Expanding Limits ‘ABEL’ for all others), you need yet another beast: The [image]-package PowerTOST.
Examples of its use for various designs are given in the Articles.
