 CDCA / Chenodeoxycholic acid / Chenodiol CV% [Power / Sample Size]

Hi,

we are starting a new BE study for Chenodiol. However, I can't find further information about Chenodiol in terms of CV%, CI and GMR. All what I have found is T1/2, VD, Cmax and Tmax ranges.

Any kind of assistance will be appreciated.

Hi Mohamed,

Did you conduct the study? If yes can you share %CV observed? In addition to that let me know if you measure the metabolites or no?
