I used SAS program.

This is the code I used.

  REPEATED/GRP=SUB SUB=SUB;

  LSMEANS /PDIFF CL ALPHA=0.1;

DATA RESIDUAL8;

  SET RESIDUAL8;

  IF COVPARM NE 'Residual' THEN DELETE;

  INTRACV=SQRT(EXP(ESTIMATE)-1)*100;

Hi Youivab,

My understanding as per this code, this is Parallel Design.

I think, because of random effect in the model, the inter CV is zero.
