Dear Kotu, ❝ How to calculate power in Partial/full replicate BE studies by using SAS Program. We (both) had this question already in 2012 discussed w.r.t. to sample size estimation. Since sample size is based on power the former answer is still valid: No out of the box solution in SAS But the add-on package PowerTOST for the statistical language R (free, open source) is much more mature at present time and contains suitable functions for power calculations for replicate designs for ABE decision as well as for scaled ABE decision.BTW: Do us the favour and post in the appropriate category. There is one named Power / Sample size. Edit: Category changed ! [Ohlbe] — Regards, Detlew |

Hi Kotu, ❝ How to calculate power in Partial/full replicate BE studies by using SAS Program. Why are you interested in (post hoc?) power? If you want to plan a new study (sample size) beware of the partial replicate design. Shit already happened to yourself. Forgotten this one? Either run a fully replicated 3-period (TRT|RTR) or modify the FDA's code to FA0(1) .I concur with Detlew's wish. 50% of your posts were in the wrong category. Is it really that difficult? — Dif-tor heh smusma 🖖🏼 Довге життя Україна! ![]() Helmut Schütz ![]() The quality of responses received is directly proportional to the quality of the question asked. 🚮 Science Quotes |
