Zero degrees of freedom is not a lot.
I love SAS‘s ‘.’ - Phoenix/WinNonlin spits out ‘Not estimable’, but I can trim it to ‘.’ or even ‘0’…

Open issues IMHO:

• Outliers – which method? Model residuals or R/R ratios?
  
• Obviously EMA is not interested in CV_WT (Method C) at all. Since GLM throws away incomplete data (Method A), why should one go with a full replicate design? More periods, more chances of drop-outs.
