Deming regression: example [Bioanalytics]
Dear Marko!
Well, as the forum’s admin I know your e-mail address, so I can make an educated guess about your company’s IT department. Accept my deep sympathy.
From a regulatory perspective I would assume that the decision on the method should be done only on the calibrators. I was asking for the entire data, because I’m insatiable… I increased the number of bootstrap samples to 50,000.
Calibrators:
No constant (0 within 95% CI) and no proportional (1 within CI) bias; methods perform equally well.

QCs:
No constant (0 within CI) and no proportional (1 within CI) bias; methods perform equally well.

Calibrators + QCs:
No constant (0 within CI) and no proportional (1 within CI) bias; methods perform equally well.
