R: aov(), lm() and what does it mean? [RSABE / ABEL]

Dear Yung-jin,

Thanks for pointing me to this WEB site.
But my R speak is not good enough to figure out what the difference between aov() and lm() is. :-(
Moreover I don't understand their data.

Eventually there is someone out to enlighten me?
