Dear HS,

» n=4 takes the lead by 4:3!

Eighth observation: I made a little application that goes under the codename EFG (which is short for ElF#ckupGrande) and which implements brute force in conjunction with Mersenne Twister and some very ugly elmaestrolophystic code clutter.

At N=4, CV=0.075 and T/R=1.0 I get power = 72.7191% with 2000000 iterations.
At N=6 power is 98.97435%.

I have no opinion about ‘incurred samples’ –
an expression which has no easily understandable
meaning for me in the English language.    Nick Holford
