No; only that:
❝ Did you means that WinNonlin power calculation can not be trusted?
No; only that:
- A posteriori power calculations do not make any sense anyway (see above in this thread and also this post).
- I have no idea (based on formulas given in the manual) how WinNonlin calculates the value. The t-distribution (instead of the noncentral t) is used.
I asked Pharsight’s Support a couple of years ago, but didn’t get a useful response – apart from telling me in a polite way to RTFM.
