by the way this is one reason why I re-calculate at least the results for the primary endpoint with at least one different implementation / software.

PS.: You can also calculate a CI for the HL-estimate for the ratio. Just use log-transformed data and anti-log the estimator and the confidence limits so determined (on assumption of a location shift model with equal coefficient of variations). Have a look at the function
