Dear HS

Thanks very much for the reply. What I understand is that if I have done a pilot study and when I have intra-subject CV and %T/R ratio, I should always consider both the intra-subject CV and observed %T/R ratio to calculate the appropriate sample size for the pivotal study. And If I have only intra-subject CV and not the %T/R ratio, in that case only I should assume T/R ratio of 0.95, right?
